This Antipasto Cream Cheese Log is creamy, savory, and perfect for parties. Made with cream cheese, chopped cooked mushrooms, olives, and colorful vegetables, it’s a crowd-pleasing appetizer for any gathering.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup chopped black olives
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup chopped pepperoncini or pickled peppers
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped cooked mushrooms
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
2. Fold in chopped olives, bell peppers, pepperoncini, mozzarella, cooked mushrooms, and Italian seasoning until evenly combined.
3. Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a work surface. Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a tight log.
4. Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
5. Unwrap chilled log, place on a serving platter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Slice into rounds to serve.
Notes
Make mini logs for individual servings or bite-sized appetizers.
Add roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
