Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Optional: 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, or teriyaki sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes
2. Pat chicken wings dry
3. Combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne
4. Toss wings in olive oil/butter and coat with seasoning
5. Arrange wings in air fryer basket in a single layer
6. Cook at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway
7. Optional: Toss cooked wings in sauce and serve
