Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Grated Parmesan or toasted almonds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
3. Arrange asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Cook for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until asparagus is tender and lightly browned.
5. Remove asparagus and drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.
